| This small New England Village community of approximately 4,000 is located only 20 minutes west of our State Capitol, Concord which offers fine shopping and dining. With Interstate highways 89 and 93 ten to fifteen minutes away, all of New Hampshire’s recreational opportunities are within an hours drive whether your preference is the Atlantic seacoast, the Lakes Region or the beautiful White Mountains of the North Country.
Henniker also offers it’s own recreational fun. Meandering through town is the Contoocook River of which the town’s portion is nationally known for its white water kayaking. Just south of the town is Pat’s Peak Ski Area, a popular ski/snowboard area with many year-round special events.
The town is also home to New England College which offers undergraduate and graduate programs in the Arts and Sciences. Located next door to the ski area, Chase Brook Subdivision is a wonderful 20 lot community just off of State Route 114. These wooded home sites about 61 acres of open space with trails and the picturesque Chase Brook.
